Oh man! These kind of pictures just make me sad! Some are blessed with more than what they have and who don't starve for it! what an irony!

Poor child. Next time anyone throws food away, think of so many people who do not get proper food.

Seeing such things we should feel we are living a luxery life...too bad people still got nothing than to complain..... :(

A poignant picture.

This picture reminds me of an even harsher picture that was doing the rounds in the past: The one where a dying child, on his own, was trying to crawl to nowhere, and a vulture standing nearby watching.

The only consolation is perhaps this kid in the above pic is in a better position than that kid. But that is the height of optimism and is not going to help us in any way.

One of the reasons help is not forthcoming is due to the fact that rich people are simply not aware of the scale of poverty that people in third world have to live through.

well guys n girls,

you know what is wrong with the world today, we see anything like the picture above we start blaming the politicians and the so called " leaders " , why don't we take a time and look inside ourselves , wiriting in this blog and saying "aww how pity" is all what we seems to be saying. i am not saying we don't care we all do , but what do you do is the point, lets see how many of us went to a fast food joint, drank alcohol or simply wasted money this week that we could have done without , 1 dollar is worth 70 rupees in our country , probably that child could have eaten for a week with one dollar , and i am not exaggerating , so it all begins with one single step, we all think we'll do something when we have enough money, i'll save , get setteled in life and then i'll help, but that child will have long gone by then and that someday will never come.i know most of us will forget about that picture by tommorow but i hope some of us will do something about it.


it's not being rich that counts it's living life richly that matters.

Is there anyway to track this little fellow?

I have been thinking of helping one Nepali kid someone like him in the picture and constantly sending him money, probably, every month until s/he completes undergraduate studies in Nepal and then starts taking care of him/her own. The idea behind this is to select one individual so that my little but persistent help could transfer someone from this stage to another stage where s/he actually will be able to repeat the same cycle that I have mentioned.

Why should life be fair after all. This world belong to the winners, powerful and mighy. In fact it is true amongst not only human beings but all living creatures..isnt it ?

By bringing in more threads like this we can make clossal changes in this world like for example we can bring democracy in Nepal, punish crooks of Nepali politics, elect a liberal president to the White House, stop Islamic terrorists etc etc
