Forecast: Whatever investigation is going on will come out saying that most of the dead ones were either Maoists or Maoist sympathizers. Let's see if the army, headed by our who-else, has the morality to come out and say Sorry!

-- It is shame to see GOHIKA AASU from Royal Chamchas here in Sajha--- Few possible reasons of the incident: 1. This might be, as nepalnews says, because of the ill-motives and evil-intensions of Royal Gyane Army (RGA) over our Nepali Chelis. 2. This might be because of well-designed and well-prepared act of Gyane and his Chamchas to divert the attentions of general people from 7 parties' mass-movement (so that less people will attend the rally due to fear and panic). 3. It had occurred on the same day when Gyane's mike (A puppet slave and chamcha) made clear that the Government did not like Maoists' cease fire and did not want to see it be extended (so that they could kill more innocent people in the name of Maoists) 4. It might be related to Murtis and Smuggling. It might be occurred due to the resistant of the residents when they saw Gyane and his Company stealing the Murties from their vicinities or passing loads of Kalo Padartha from the village. ...More will come... --- OK

Some people needs to find the gust to lay blame with proof.... This is a shameful act. Murder is a murder. Crime is a crime. Whether it is from party, wheter it is from royals, whether it is from maoists, whether it is from army, or whether it is from police. The commoners voice is never heard. Again, if anybody got a blood in the heart, back the statements with proof. Why play blame game. Alll I want is solution for the present crisis, peace and stability. peace out

Here is update from kantipur .... last few paragraphs are updated detail of incident News Update Dozen killed, 18 injured in Nagarkot shootout KOL Report KATHMANDU, Dec 15 - At least a dozen people were killed and 18 others injured when a drunken army personnel fired indiscriminately at locals at the Chundevi temple in Nagarkot, eastern outskirts of Kathmandu, around 11:30 pm Wednesday night, locals said. The Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) confirmed the incident Thursday morning and said that details were still awaited. "The incident is very unfortunate," an RNA official told Kantipur Online. "Casualties have been reported but we don't know the exact numbers yet," he added. ""We are investigating the Nagarkot incident and will let the public know about it," state-run Radio Nepal quoted a spokesperson of the RNA, Umesh Bhattarai as saying. The incident reportedly followed a minor scuffle between an army personnel, who is yet to be identified, and locals who were singing, drinking and dancing till late in the evening after a local fete at the temple. Kantipur TV reporter Deepak Bhattarai quoting locals informed from the incident site that the villagers caught and beat up the said army personnel after he allegedly struck a local villager with a knife. "Then he went and came back with a loaded rifle and started firing at the locals indiscriminately," Bhattarai quoted a local as saying. Bhattarai also said that he did not see any security personnel when he reached the incident site at around 9:00 am this morning. Some army men arrived at the incident site in the morning and took away all the dead bodies, according to locals. "They also tried to cover up the blood spots on the ground," locals said. However, authorities said they did not have the details of the incident. The dead bodies have been reportedly brought to Bhaktapur Cancer hospital and the injured taken to hospitals in Kathmandu for treatment. Details to follow.

I agree that king may not have anything to do with it; and we should stop playing the blame king. But it is also true that we're eager to know about what happened there. Thanks to Nepal media we can still know about the occurrence of incident. But according to visionary king's information minister, the restriction on media is still not sufficient. so it wont' be surprising if we would be able to know about such incidence only a decade later.

How can you say King is not to blame for this? He is the chairman of cabinet, he is ruling country. He is self proclaimed Commander in Chief those were his men. If we argue in that way then why do not we put garland on Baburams and Prachanda's neck and bring them back to ktm, they never killed any one it was their army that killed. Similarly, why is US trying Saddam at court, he never killed it was his army who killed. Why is Hitlar considered worst dictator, he never went and switched on the gas chamber they were nazi soldiers?

This is the result of Royalist teaching to the Army that they can do whatever they want. There is no rule of law for them. You bastards, you will see when Nepali will line up and hang you all in Tundikhel. It's pity none of you have read histry, even 15 year old histry of Romania
