This should indeed be a fun night.

Strings band consists of really hardworking and young raw talents. With small gigs here and there, they have created their own long list of fans in NY. This would be a great opportunity for them to come out as a feature act and prove to us if they are for real when it comes to rocking the event. Not just as a warm up act but as the main act. So, good luck guys - Karma, Pasang, Pawan, Raju and Tashi.

Jambu and Michael has been in the NY scene for many years now. With their collections of hardwares to thousands of songs, they have proven themselves to be the top notch Nepali DJs in NY area.

Let's find out on our own how these people will rock the night and, as their ad promises, "a party like you've never attended." We'll see!

I think the concert tkts are $30 if you buy them in advance and $35 if you pay at the door. $30 for dinner, concert, dance party and lots of fun shouldnt be too much.

As Sange already mentioned, if u purchase a ticket in advance would be $30 but door purhase would cost u $5 extra.
We'll have the dinner course ready while u enter, local talents will be hitting the stag on the 1st round followed by String Band, the main attraction, raffle will be announced on a short break and of course Dj will start spinning the record as soon as the Concert is over.
Doesn't is sound a fun night. Plz. make you presence to blast the evening.
Kasturi club is in New York on 36 avenue and 36 st. Astoria.
If you are in New York take queens bound N Train to 36avenue and walk down to 36st.
Anyone will be able to tell you where that club is.

Oh damn! So, String band will be the main attraction? Ya'll mean the one who opened it for 1974 AD band in NYC. Man! how can they be the main attraction... i would not even go for free to see 'em play. Vocal sucks... and music ain't that great either. Really ametures!! but I hope dance party will be good. But, $30 just to see some stupid band play is too much... $15 would be more reasonable. And since it is happening in NYC, there's always some fight scenes. So, i would rather go to clubs and spend $30 grindin' some pretty chick while Drinkin' MIRINDAAAA....

thats your problem how ever you want to do it and what you want to do it. never estimate some one if you know anything about.you know what i don't think that you even have a single talent ,so if you don't even have any just learn how to appriciate it praise it instead .

I was there too in 1974AD Concert. Everyone had bitter experience but what I felt wasn't the lack in band or artist themselves. There was a major technical problem. Starting till end technicians sucked. Even 1974AD Band complained about the technicians. Vocals and music weren't heard in hall, it's not the band's fault, the blame should be headed to technicians. They couldn't arrange tracks, how would they arrange the band?
This time it's totally different. Those technicians will be nowhere seen in NY Parties. Dj Jam will be handling everything coz they have the long experience in dj
& sound field.
Miranda.. why don't you show up in the party coz...everybody deserves a second chance even if its not their mistake. I'm sure Strings won't disappoint you neither the technicians.

hey i have no idea what do you think of your self.you might think that you are the only one who knows how to write .i did made a mistake to write some words but it don't mean that i don't know how write.but you know what i think you need to get your self a teacher and school to learn what is music thats your first lesson,till you will not figure out what is music you will have a hard time to know and what does that mean ok buddy.as the rock,ny has mentioned cuz he/she was there and knew what was the problem ,thats what we call the person who knows about music (.mirinda )first get your self a good name and then come to make a comment ok buddy.
