As expected Apple won case against Samsung. They hit 1 billion dollar fine and there is another jury on September 20 to decide weather to ban phone or tab of samsung or not. Apple is seeking divident on every galaxy phone and tab sold by samsung; which is most likely to happen. Means samsung phone and tab prices will be high.
In worst case scenario Judge can ban samsung phone and tabs.
So guys if you want any samsung phones and tab get it now.
Galaxy s 3 is best phone ever in market and galaxy note 10.1 is best tablet.

Bittertruth these your middle class statement is pretty offensive to me. After i phone 2 g i never went back to iphone and those phone on list are as some or more than price of iphone. I guess when someone choose android phone they choose as open source phone with more feature phone than blackberry and iphone.
On my view clear winner of this bettle is Windows.

Choosing between Android or Iphone or Windows phone or BlackBerry is not because of price even though Apple products are amazingly overpriced. But it is because of personal preference.

I am the biggest fan of Android not because it is cheap but because of it's architecture. That is the reason why lot's for future devices (not only phone or tablets) like Nikon will be powered by Android phone. Android is open source and there are lots of possibilities for lots of different companies. Even US military is experimenting on customized Android for it's troops.

Apple should not be happy with it's win over Android. Android has already dominated the world. There is no doubt it will be future of smartphone.
Apple will be in the market for few more years and soon it will follow the path of BlackBerry.

As windows phone user, I see more hardeware companies embracing windows now...

For anyone who says people choose other than iShit, because of price, I simply can not stand it. As past user of windows mobile 5.5, to Al models of iPhone, few androids and now, windows phone, I like windows phone best. Cons? lack of apps..but I am sure It will grow....

Now, Samsung must win the appeal .

I believe this verdict will be overturned by supreme court.

Every now and then when we see, its always either Android or the ios...

Reason why apple had a design patent.. because it looks good.. im not saying that android devices looks bad, im just saying that people seems to like how iphone looks and how they are user friendly.

There are many things iphone has copied.. but they have given it to the public in such a way that public accepts it.. thats why its doing good..

Anyone can complain, but its easier said than done.. They must have done something right that they are doing good.. any they were smart enough to get the patents right... ( which i dont favor.. but just stating a fact)

Android is a cool OS and millions of people love using it.. But if you pull off the design part off android and market it , they should sell..  All the cases as been in such that it looks similar to an iphone and consist few features that an iphone does.
