What is your definition of MOTO?
Just want chubby body then drink beer and have lot of carb, easy to gain than to loos.
If you are talking of gaining weight and some muscle then you should join gym.

Its pretty easy.
1. Eat a lot of white rice.
2. Eat plenty of carbs.
3. Add extra oil,butter in everything you eat.
4. Eat plenty of Sugar, Soda, Flavored Juices.
5. Drink a lot of alcohol.
6. Don't exercise.
Do quite the opposite if you wish to lose weight.

Some poeple have high metabolism and can not gain shortly even over eating. Do not worry about lean body. Your are HEALTHY.

I agree with syanjali. Tara bro 36 garna chodyo bhane motaucha :-). lol. If you smoke quiting cig may help you put on weight. ani Nepal ko tension le hola bro dublayeko, Nepal chali ra cha bro des ko barema dherai tension na lue. Try to cook and have interest in food. If you love food you will gain weight for sure.
