I think priyanka should not worry about what is written here.  She does not owe any explanation as the statement written by  judokaraate does not have any source or proof. It is merely allegation.

My point is being miss nepal also comes with responsibility.   It is responsibility of any miss nepal to be law abiding and set good example. All the miss nepals, film stars, singers etc are ambssador of Nepal.

Now i am not blaming miss priyanka because the originator of this thread showed no evidence or source. Thats why i believe priyanka don't owe any explanation and can ignore this thread in sajha.

If you consider her a "celebrity", this is no big deal. This sheet happens all the time to celebrities. Comes with the territory. I didn't hear any of you complaining about Tiger Woods situation when he was all over the television. Just because she is Nepali does not mean people are not to talk about her. Now, if it was someone who is not a "celebrity", then it is different.

Now that is a bit of an overstatement to be comparing Tiger with Priyanka.

1. Tiger makes millions from corporate sponsorships. He represent(s/ed) these companies based not only on aceing golf championships but also with the implicit/explicit understanding that he be a good role model for young people. On top of that he is married with young children. If that is not news, I don't know what is.

2. He was in industry in himself. Obviously, he would make it into both main and business news.

3. As far as Priyanka is concerned, so what if she choose have a relationship with a person. First, I don't really think she is a celebrity. She is just a freaking student like many here who is just trying to do the best with her life. Well, even if she was a celebrity, it is not okay to spew cr.ap about her in such disgraceful manner as Mr. JudoKaret does. That reflects on Mr. Karate's intellect and the pea-sized brain he seems to be carrying around. If the poster just mentioned that she is having an affair, considering her "celebrity" status, I would be "fine" with that.

If you have been in the news and you have a sex tape, you are a celebrity. Ask Paris Hilton. Everything is on the table if you are remotely famous.

It is unfortunate to see someone's private life being dragged into sajha. It is always a controversial topic to see such private details posted in sajha.
If it was a multi million dollar star like Paris Hilton or Tiger Wood, then it is understandable to discuss it in public, but when we discuss such details of fledgling Nepali actors/actress/model/beauty pageant who have a lot more to achieve in life, it can be damning for their careers and/or personal lives and I personally do not support such postings in sajha. Maybe if it was some super successful famous Nepali then I can understand or if it was some politician holding public office.

When such postings are seen in sajha, I see many postings against the poster and even requesting me to act upon it. I do want to act upon it, but I would prefer that the users started using the FLAGGING tool which deactivates the posting if 10 users flag the posting. This will speed up the process because there are times when I am not able to monitor such things.

I am planning to delete this thread very shortly, but I encourage the users who feel strongly against this posting to cast their votes by flagging the post on their own so that we can have a semi-self-sustaining unit in place.

Now that is a very sensible thing I have heard from you in a long time. If you are going to delete this thread, you should just flag the poster and delete his comments so your message can be seen by people. I personally do not have any problem with the gossip though.

what kinda lame argument is that celebrity has to be multi millionaire for gossip worthy material. Enjoy your daily dose of  "VIN check pls" "is budda born in nepal?" "what is love?", "deportation help pls", "my ass is hurting help" etc etc. I'm outta here, peace.

Thanks for letting the users decide. By the way if 10 people like it and 10 people flag it, it should not be disabled. If flags minus likes is greater than 10 you should disable it so that one who like it have a say on this.
