2nd Momo Cooking Competition

An evening in Nepali Style

If you like to sing, dance or play an instrument, please send me information. We are also having a DJ.....come prepared to eat, meet, dance and have fun
 
 Rules for Momo Competition:
1.  If you are participating in momo-competition, please send me your name. You need to arrive at 6 PM. You will bring wrap and meat and chutney enough for minimum 50 momos. All participants must arrive by 5:30 PM. Momo must be made for the competition by 6:30 PM. Winners will be announced during the formal party that begins at 7 PM.
2. Cooked momos will be used for appetizers as well.
3. All entries are based on first come first serve. We have 10 openings. We will provide a table and apron. You can bring your own steamer. If not, we will have a professional steamer available.
4. Momo will be judged on style, cleanliness, test, design, presentation and chutney.
 

 Proceedings from the first momo competition was donated to a Help Makwanpur Project adopted by local Nepalis. Any profit could be donated to one of the charity projects adopted by local Nepali community
