Hi Guys,
Aspire Visa (gold) card is looting my money. I haven't used it for several months and i had nothing to pay. But after 3 months the representative called me and stated me that i have a balance of $825 to pay. They even didn't send me any statement regarding my expense. Now i need to pay a minimum payment of $35 for the crap that i haven't used of.
I tried calling to customer care but dhotis picks of the call and never try to send me a detail of my account. But instead when we call they ask all the details and automatically set the payment with the last checking account i used for payment though we don't agree on them.
I even did googling and i found lots of people came across the same problem but not the solution.
Does any one have any idea how to deal with this ?
