If you are illegal the only way to get a green card is to marry an american. It might be difficult to find a girl who will marry you but lots of gay guys are willing to marry a foreigner because they want to try out different spices.

File for an Asylum.... even if the case gets denied u can make an appeal for up to ten years till u get ur deporttataion letter... and in the mean time u'll have ssn, work permit, drivers license, etc...
or u can marry an American Citizen.

obtaining SSN is easy. you can buy in the market. or if you know any nepali faggot living near you steal his identity.

download I-589 from http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-589.htm and fill it and submit, if you have the proper evidences to prove that you deserve a status of an asylee.
Otherwise, if youcan produce evidence that due to unexpected reasons such as health, or other issues, you could not extend your B-1 , and if you ahve evidences, you can file for an extension for next 3-6 months requiring treatment .
The next thing would be to leave the country and reenter if you have a multipleentry visa. MAke sure that while reentering, you show the officer a proper evidence as of why you overstayed (such as medical treatment documents).
